New Business/AKC local updates: San Fernando will be having a specialty in conjunction with the Sporting Dog Specialty.
Fundraising: Fastcat Nothing has been done so far. Nancy and April have resources for information. Tammy and Terry offered to help – maybe they can investigate.
Christmas Dinner: Suggestion to have a Christmas dinner for Christmas meeting. Need a place with a private room. Need to book ahead. Headcount?

Location: City of Industry is sending a contract for the grassy area below the arena. The arena is booked for agility this year. Need to verify the condition of the grass.

Fundraising:
Tony brought up the possibility of holding a FastCat event. There are a lot of weekends available to do this. Cost is for area rental, some equipment, and some volunteers. Cannot have two events within 100 miles of another event. Can make ~$4,000 in one day. Check with Julie Sandoval? Tammy, Terry, and Patricia offered to help. Tony will publish when Santa Ana has an event so we can check it out.

Have a.m. trophies from April. Have p.m. trophies from Veronica. Will get new tires on the trailer next week. Ribbons have not arrived yet. Tony asked Pat Monroe to please be ring steward for both shows. She accepted.
Rescue Parade – there will be maybe 5-6. Please prepare for 8.
Show site – the grass area is full of stickers. We may be moved up under the covered arena. Will need mats and generators. Lorraine has a list of all entries to notify of location change.
Counts in sweeps – Veronica is stuffing envelopes and gift bags.
Raffle – all set. A wire crate was purchased for $40. Amy is hosting a basket building day Sunday 4/23 after 10 am. Please bring anything you have!
